Designed for high-current signal transmission in vacuum systems. Features 3 high-power pins (3.6 mm) with gold-plated NiFe contacts and glass-ceramic sealing. Rated at 500 VDC max and 20 A per pin, it operates from -40°C to 180°C under UHV conditions (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). The housing matches the standard Sub-D15 footprint. Flange compatibility: 1 unit on CF40, up to 3 units on CF63 (more on larger flanges). Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions are available. Optional dual-end connectors and vacuum cables.
