Compact design for high-current signal transmission in UHV environments. Features 4 channels with 1.6 mm gold-plated NiFe pins and glass-ceramic sealing. Rated at 500 VDC max and 10 A per pin. Operates from -40°C to 180°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Dimensions identical to the 9C feedthrough. Flange options: 1 unit on CF16, 2 on CF40, more on larger flanges. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations supported. Optional connector pins, vacuum/air-side connectors, and matching cables available.
