Triaxial structure design with 50 Ω impedance matching reduces signal interference and improves signal integrity. Features double-ended triaxial connectors with grounded shielding. Rated at 500 VDC max, 5 A. Operates from -200°C to 300°C under UHV (<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar). Housing is made of low-magnetic stainless steel (relative permeability μ < 1.1), with gold-plated pins and shield. A CF16 flange accommodates 1 feedthrough, while a CF40 flange accommodates up to 4 feedthroughs. Custom flange-feedthrough combinations and weldable versions are available. Optional vacuum-side and air-side connectors and cables are also available.
