Body made of stainless steel and ceramic; aluminum electrode with 1.4 mm diameter. Rated at 700 VDC max, 10 A per pin. Total current capacity: 28 A (4-pin), 36 A (6-pin), 50 A (10-pin), 75 A (20-pin), and 100 A (35-pin). Operating temperature: -200°C to 450°C; ultimate vacuum<1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar. Custom flange and pin-count combinations available; weldable versions also offered. Includes an air-side connector; optional vacuum-side connectors and cables available.
