Compatible with OMEGA miniature connectors, rated for mV-level voltage and mA-level current. The insulator is made of alumina ceramic, and the electrode material is determined by the thermocouple-pair type (Type K / Type C). Operating temperature ranges from -100°C to 450°C, with an ultimate vacuum of 1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar. The 1-pair version is recommended for CF16/CF40 flanges. Custom flange and feedthrough combinations are available upon request. A weldable version of the Type K / Type C feedthrough is also offered, along with Type K positive electrodes (Chromel, nickel-chromium alloy) or Type K negative electrodes (Alumel, nickel-aluminum alloy). Matching air-side connectors are included, and optional vacuum-side accessories are available.
