This compact Micro HV high-voltage feedthrough features a 0.76 mm molybdenum electrode, designed for high-voltage, low-power signal input in instrumentation applications and compatible with ultra-high vacuum. The body is constructed from stainless steel and ceramic. Rated at 10 kV max with a maximum current of 3 A. Operating temperature ranges from -200°C to 450°C, with an ultimate vacuum of <1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar. A CF16 flange accommodates 1 feedthrough, while a CF40 flange accommodates up to 4. Custom flange and feedthrough combinations are available upon request; weldable versions are also offered. Matching air-side connectors and cables are included, and optional vacuum-side connectors and vacuum cables are available.
