Designed for high-voltage, low-power signal input in instrumentation applications, compatible with ultra-high vacuum. The feedthrough is made of stainless steel and ceramic, with a stainless steel electrode of 1.6 mm diameter. Rated at 40 kV max, 10 A max current. Operating temperature ranges from -200°C to 450°C, with an ultimate vacuum of <1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar. Recommended flange size is CF40. Custom flange and feedthrough combinations can be provided upon request, or weldable versions are available. Matching air-side connector and cable are included; optional vacuum-side connectors and vacuum cables are available.
